Place An Order / Refunds & Exchanges

To place an order simply go to our order form.  You will need to type in which item numbers you want and then we will email you with your total and payment instructions.  It's that simple!

Please note that if you choose to pay by check, your order will be held until your check clears, usually seven to ten business days.

                    *Shipping and handling charges are:  

                                                $10 to $20 -  $3.95

                                                 $21 to $50 -   $5.95

                                                 $51 to $80 -  $7.95

                                                 $81 to $100 -  $8.95

                                                 over $100 -  $10.95

Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery.  Your order will probably arrive sooner than that, but sometimes there may be a delay.  We will give you an estimated shipping time after we have received your payment.  If you need your order delivered more quickly, please let us know and we will do our best to get your order to you more quickly.  During the Christmas season, you MUST allow the full 4 to 6 week delivery time! 

                    REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Morgana Fragrances does not offer refunds.  You may exchange an item if it arrives damaged or if it is not satisfactory.  There are NO EXCHANGES on fragrance items unless it has been damaged during the shipping process. You must return what is left of the item to us and we will then reimburse you for the shipping cost to mail it back to us when we send your replacement item.  There are NO EXCHANGES on sale items.  If you receive any other item (excluding fragrance items) and are not pleased with it we will exchange it for something of equal cost value.
